Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Oat & Paw! We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before reaching out.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges Not quite the right fit? We offer exchanges for an item of equal value within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Exchanges are issued as store credit applied toward your replacement item. Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
